Introduction

At Keep Rewarding ("we", "us", "our", "Company"), we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognise that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind.

This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Keep Rewarding's services ("Services", "Program"), as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The date this Privacy Policy was last updated is shown as above. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

Data Collection

Some of our services require you to register for an account. Keep Rewarding asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, mailing address, email address, and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service.

You are not required to provide this information; it is entirely voluntary. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with any services.

You may be required to submit identification in order to verify your account before rewards can be sent to you. This has been outlined in our Terms of Service.

This is not linked to any information that could personally identify you. This is normally statistics such as how many members we have, daily visits to the site, country demographics etc. This is required so that we can gain new partnerships and grow our potential.

There are some circumstances where we may share some personally identifiable information with the companies and networks we work with. The usual circumstance for this would be when approaching a network to help resolve a credit issue or an issue with your account, for example to lift a restriction on your account. We may need to provide them with information including, but not limited to, your username, e-mail address and your IP address. Normally we only do this with your consent, as members ask us to contact the companies we work with to help resolve issues. If required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to prevent fraud, cyber-crime, to protect Keep Rewarding or the rights, property or personal safety of any person.

In the event the Company goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' Personal Information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred, unless such a transfer will violate any applicable law.
