Introduction
By signing up and using Keep Rewarding ("we", "us", "our", "Company") you agree to all Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth in this agreement as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not register with or use any part of keeprewarding.com ("Services", "Program")
We reserve the right at any time to change all or any part of these Terms or the Services. Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by any means including, without limitation, posting on the site or by electronic mail. Your continued use of the Services after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. The date that these Terms were last updated is shown above. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any elimination or discontinuation of any content on or feature of the Service, or for any change in any fees or charges for use of the Service.
We also have other rules and agreements throughout Keep Rewarding ("Other Terms"), for example we have rules for the shout box. You may be subject to these Other Terms when you access the Service. If there is any discrepancy between the terms of the Other Terms, and these Terms, then these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in the Other Terms, which are intended to supplement, but not replace, these Terms.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. You can contact us via our Contact Us page. Your continued participation in the Keep Rewarding program following a change in policy or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Use of Keep Rewarding
- Creating multiple accounts (only one account is allowed per household)
- Use of a VPN, Proxies, VPS or any such other software/device that it intended to hide your real IP address
- Providing false information to advertisers to receive points
- Completing the same offers multiple times unless offer states otherwise (Duping)
- Inaccurate account information
- Any activity that we deem to be an attempt to interfere with our Services
By using the site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or 13+ years old with parental consent and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. This is normally referenced to as our ("Age Agreement")
When creating an account you agree that all information that you provide to us during the registration process is accurate and complete. You acknowledge that should we find that any of the information, you have provided to us is untrue or inaccurate, we reserve the right to terminate your account and deny you access to our Service. We currently only allow one account per household at this time. If additional accounts are created in general error then we will of course do our utmost to ensure we can resolve this for you. However, if we deem them to be created intentionally then we will have no choice but to close all accounts in dispute, including the original, with all earnings being forfeited.
Any member suspected of cheating/suspicious activity will be investigated and on conclusion, we will take action at our sole discretion. This may include immediate suspension of your account, with all earnings being forfeited. Cheating/Suspicious Activity may include, but is not limited to:
We reserve the right to request that any member complete our verification process, at any time, to our satisfaction. Commonly referred to as our ("Identity Agreement"). This will require the submission of valid Government issued identification (or other documentation we deem acceptable, as per the circumstance). This would normally be an image of a drivers license, ID card or passport which clearly shows your Full Name and/or Address that matches your Keep Rewarding account. Your account will be locked during this process and you must provide the requested information before your account will be unlocked and/or reward(s) issued.
Rewards & Taxes
All processed rewards are final and non refundable.
If you request a PayPal reward, then your First and Last Name on your PayPal account must match the First and Last Name as you have provided to us on site. We cannot send any payments to a PayPal account that is not in your name. This ensures that we comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations in the United Kindgom, where we are based, and is commonly referred to as our ("PayPal Agreement")
You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Keep Rewarding program. If you are in any doubt then you should seek the advice of a tax expert, for more information on the tax rules for your Country or State.
Inactive Accounts
We are currently working on a Policy for Inactive accounts - therefore we encourage you to periodically check these Terms of Service for any updates regarding Inactive accounts, as we will be implementing it in the future.
Public Services
Keep Rewarding provides you with Public Services such as a shout box on site along side Social Network pages. These are to allow you to communicate with other members who are also using our service, and these are considered to be in the public domain. Therefore you acknowledge that any chats, postings or material from any other users on our Public Services is not endorsed or controlled by us, therefore under no circumstances can Keep Rewarding be held liable for the content and/or activity on these Public Services. We are not required to monitor these Public Services, however we may choose at our own discretion to review the content and reserve the right to remove any content, without notice. We may also, at our sole discretion, choose to restrict or block your access to any of these Public Services without notice, for any reason. You acknowledge that all communication in these Public Services is indeed public, therefore you waive your right to privacy when using these Services and we are not responsible for any of the information you choose to share in the Public Services.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Keep Rewarding are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Keep Rewarding. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Keep Rewarding. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section.
For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but is not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services and all materials, information, products and services included in the services are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties whatsoever. Keep Rewarding expressly disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. Keep Rewarding disclaim any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the services. Keep Rewarding disclaim, any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the services. Keep Rewarding disclaim any warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on the services or received through any links provided by the services. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of the services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
Keep Rewarding will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Keep Rewarding program, even if Keep Rewarding has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Keep Rewarding's aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Keep Rewarding, our affiliates, distributors, partners, advertisers, and our and their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and other representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your Content submissions; and/or (iii) your activities in connection with the Services.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Keep Rewarding and may result in legal prosecution. Keep Rewarding strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the spamming incident. Keep Rewarding may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple sign ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times constitutes fraud, for which Keep Rewarding may hold you liable to prosecution. Keep Rewarding will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign ups.
